Gow hails impact of NGTC rules

British Touring Car boss Alan Gow believes Motorbase's series debut with its NGTC Ford Focus is a sign the new rules are working. Gow introduced the NGTC regulations last year in an attempt to cut costs and encourage new cars into the series. There have been issues with some of the spec parts and costs have risen, but new models and teams have been brought into the BTCC
