The #1 Audi e-tron quattro of Andre Lotterer, Marcel Fassler and Benoit Treluyer stretched its advantage over the sister #2 e-tron quattro over the second hour of the 2012 Le Mans 24 Hours. Only Allan McNish was able to stay within one minute of Lotterer, as Toyota's Alex Wurz gradually slipped back a little during the hour before once again having to pit earlier than the Audis, dropping him back from the lead fight.
