Loeb extends lead on 2nd day of Monte Carlo rally
Eight-time world champion Sebastien Loeb extended his lead on the second day of the season-opening Monte Carlo rally on Thursday, as Daniel Sordo and Petter Solberg continued their battle for second place. Loeb had powered his Citroen to the fastest time in three of Wednesdays four stages, and the Frenchman continued his good form by winning five of six stages on the second day.
