IndyCar to test oval spec tweaks

IndyCar is looking to confirm that changes it has made to its oval-spec aerodynamic package have worked when it conducts an 11-car test at Texas on Monday. The series ran a two-car test in February to establish a baseline package for next month's Texas race, and IndyCar vice president of technology Will Phillips said that the priority on Monday will be to verify that that the updates have worked as expected
