Pizzonia awaits medical clearance

Antonio Pizzonia is waiting for medical clearance to race in the Auto GP World Series final at Sonoma on Sunday after his crash with Adrian Quaife-Hobbs on Saturday . The former grand prix driver required eight stitches and sustained a "tiny" fracture in his hand when he collided with leader Quaife-Hobbs on the opening lap of race one.
